G Chandramouli on Thursday took over as director of Chennai International Airport. Prior to this, he was general manager, (E)commercial, of the Airports Authority of India (AAI), Southern Region, Chennai.
In his 27-year stint with AAI, he had worked as airport director in Pune, Kozhikode, and Thiruvananthapuram between July 2009 and June 2012.
He also served as the managing director of Kannur International Airport, Kerala, for three years from July 2013, a press release issued by AAI said. He started his career as an electrical engineer at Vadodara airport.
