Sub inspector dies due to fever

Sundarajan (54) from Bodipatti near Udumalpet in Tirupur district was working with the intelligence wing of Tamil Nadu Police Department. Unable to be cured from fever, Sundarajan breathed his last. He is survived by his wife and three children.

It has been reported that Sundarajan was suffering from fever for the past few days. He was admitted in a private hospital in Coimbatore. He was shifted to Rajaji Government Hospital in Chennai where he was under intensive treatment. His condition worsened and he died.

His body was brought to Udumalpet. Sundarajan’s body was cremated at the Udumalpet electric crematorium with the 30 gun police salute.
