IAS, IPS and IFS officers from across India successfully completed the four-day Inner Engineering Leadership Program at the Isha Foundation in Coimbatore from 5 December to 9 December. The Department of Personnel and Training (DOPT) has included Inner Engineering on the official list trainings which can be opted for as a part of Officers’ in-service training.
Department of Personnel & Training arranges In-Service Training Programme for AIS (lAS, IPS & IFoS) Officers and Group 'A' Officers working under Central Staffing Scheme in Government of India every year. IAS officers can choose any area for the training which is “relevant to their current job as well as the kind of assignments they are likely to hold in future”.
This is the second year that Isha Foundation is hosting the Inner Engineering Leadership Programme. Isha Foundation offered two batches of this programme, as a part of this in-service training for the Civil Services last year.
At the 4-day Inner Engineering Leadership Program, participants were initiated into the powerful Shambhavi Maha Mudra Kriya and also went through several leadership training aspects.
