"Mupperum Vizha" hosted at Govt. High School, Saravanampatti


"Mupperum Vizha" for literature, sports and academics and to felicitate the teachers was hosted at the Government High School located in Saravanampatti in Coimbatore. 

This programme also provided a platform for the students of the school to display their talents. At this event, students who have excelled in academics, sports and literary events were formally recognized.

The Headmistress of the school R. Geetha delivered the welcome address and the annual report of this school was presented by R. Bhuvaneshwari, a teacher of the school. In her annual report the overall performance of this school during the academic year was presented.



N. Sri Rangaboopathy, Dy.General Manager, C.R.I Pumps delivered the presidential address in which he emphasized on the importance of literary and sports activities along with the education in overall development of a child. He also distributed the prizes to various students who won in cultural, literary and sports events.

V. C. Arukutti, M.L.A, Kavundampalayam constituency was the chief guest for this event. In his address, he lauded the efforts of C.R.I Pumps management for improving the quality of education at the government school in Saravanampatti and also appreciated the teachers and students for transforming the school into a model school.



V. K. Devaraj, former Director of School - Education, Govt of Tamil Nadu in his address, lauded the efforts taken by headmistress, teachers and students for achieving significant improvement in pass percentage in the last two years M. Gopalakrishnan, PTA President and K. Chellamuthu, Manager - HR, C.R.I Pumps offered felicitations. K. Umashankar, Director Avinashilingam Jan Shikshan Sansthan, P. Mariselvam, former Councillor and S. Sevizham Prathi, Indian Lawyers Association also participated in the function. The students also performed folk arts during the occasion.
