Coimbatore corporation commissioner conducts inspection at 96th ward

Coimbatore Corporation Commissioner Dr. K. Vijayakarthikeyan today inspected the Namma toilet which was constructed near the Kurichi Lake. Following which, he inspected the toilets that are constructed in the homes at Sundarapuram, Muruga Nagar and Periyaswamy Seva street.



He inspected the road laying works at the LIC colony which is being carried out at a cost of 38 lakhs. He also inspected the removal of old tyres at a two wheeler workshop, which was breeding ground for mosquitoes. It has been reported that the workshop owner has not removed the tyres even after being issued repeated warning to remove them.



P. Gandhimathi. Deputy Commissioner, District Health Officer Dr. K. Santhoshkumar, Assistant Commissioner of Coimbatore south zone Ravi, Assistant Town Planning Officer Saravannan, and corporation officials were present during the inspection.
