Training for preparation of spice powders, ready - to - use pastes, mushroom pickle, banana flower pickle, bitter gourd pickle, brinjal pickle, onion pickle will be provided at the Tami Nadu Agricultural University for two days on 03.01.2017 and 04.01.2017.
Interested persons are requested to pay a training fee of Rs. 1,500/- in form of State Bank of India Demand Draft drawn in favour of Professor and Head, Post Harvest Technology Centre, Tamil Nadu Agricultural University payable at Coimbatore, that should be sent to the Professor and Head, Post Harvest Technology Centre, Agricultural Engineering College & Research Institute, Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore - 641 003.
