Creative workshop to relieve Children from forced pressures and fears.


Samyuktha, a 25 year old architect, who is currently pursuing a self design learning programme hosted a creative thinking workshop for children. The workshop had a session on 'Kinesthetics' workout which will help the body to relax and makes the individual comfortable with their own body.

The creative thinking workshop was aimed at helping the kids to explore themselves. These days, kids are also not spared , they too had to undergo tensions and fear arising due to peer pressure, societal pressure and parental pressure due to the expectations from the (children). At the workshop, the host demonstrated various techniques that can help children break those pressures, judgemets and enjoy their childhood.

In the second part of the workshop, the kids enjoyed with colours. Children used colours and created whatever they wanted to create. They explored words which helped them to develop linguistic ability. Story building and mathematical sessions were also conducted as a part of this workshop. The final task of the workshop was to build a boat, which was a team building activity.

Children who participated in today's session thoroughly enjoyed the activities and eagerly waiting for tomorrow's activities. Tomorrow, on 29th December, this creative workshop for children will be hosted at Vallavan academy premise in Papanaickenpalayam.
