Deputy Commissioner of Coimbatore Corporation inspects work carried out at ward #57

Deputy Commissioner of Coimbatore Corporation, P. Gandhimathi, today inspected the collection and segregation of waste at source, in the areas of ward no 57 of the Coimbatore Corporation. She inspected the renovated common sanitary complex in the Devender Street, near G.V. Residency in Devender colony and the Agraharam Street near Chellandiamman temple in Singanallur.



Also as a part of the inspection, she supervised the manufacturing of manure from vegetable waste that is collected at the Singanallur ulavar sandhai (vegetable market). District Welfare officer Dr. K. Santhoskumar, Assistant Commissioner of Coimbatore Corporation East Zone Ravikumar, Town Planning Officer Vimala, among other corporation officials were present during the inspection.
