The valedictory function of International conference on computer, communication and informatics - ICCCI 2017 was held today at Sri Shakthi Institute Of Engineering and Technology. This year marks the sixth edition of this international conference and was successfully hosted on 5th January.
Dr.K.E.Kannammal, Head of Computer Science department gave the welcome address. Dr.S.Thangavelu, Chairman of Sri Shakthi Institute Institutions delivered the special address. In his speech, he emphasized the importance of research and students should instill in them entrepreneurial skills during their graduation phase itself. Rather than just using the technology, students should transform into creators of new technology.
Mr.Kumar Madhavan, Principal Architect, Ducen in his speech said that the world today is always looking for the one who got skills in facing, understanding and solving problems with a positive attitude. Precise understanding of the subject is very crucial for students to get into research field.
Mr. U.N.Murali Krishnan, Vice President, Skava systems, advised the students be stay tuned with the upcoming technologies like artificial Intelligence and communication-allied technology
