Coimbatore City police hosts programme for inmates of orphanage homes.

The Coimbatore city police today hosted a day-long programme for the inmates of orphanage homes today at PRS grounds on Avanashi Road.


About 700 children from 17 orphanage homes participated in the sports and games organised by the police department. Children' from the orphanages enthusiastically participated in the vent and enjoyed the moment thoroughly.

Towards the end of the day, Deputy Commissioner (Law and Order) of the City Police, Lakshmi interacted with the students and distributed prizes to the winners.
