Aspire Home Finance Corporation Limited branches out into Coimbatore

Rajaram Manian, Risk Head, AHFCL inaugurated the Coimbatore branch of Aspire Home Finance Corporation Limited (AHFCL) today in the presence of Rajesh Gopinath, Tamil Nadu State Head, AHFCL and others. Branches at Chennai, Vellore, Kancheepuram, Trichy, Erode, Salem, Thirunelveli and Madurai, were also inaugurated along with the Coimbatore branch. At the inauguration ceremony, the cheque for a loan was distributed to a customer from Coimbatore.

Rajaram Manian, when speaking during the inauguration said that “The central Government under its flagship scheme Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) has a target to set up 90 million houses to realise its mission of ‘Housing for all by 2022’. AHFCL being one amongst the first housing finance companies to become a primary lending institution under PMAY, is keen to build a substantial portfolio and be part of the nation building exercise. Since AHFCL is the only affordable housing finance company in India with a national presence, we are confident of playing a meaningful role in the mission of “Housing for all by 2022.”
