As per the results of the analysis, the price of good quality tomato during harvest would be around Rs.18-20 per kg. Good quality of brinjal price will rule around Rs. 25-27 per kg and good quality of bhendi will be priced around Rs.20-22 per kg. Based on the onset of the northeast monsoon in the ensuing season, there will be very little fluctuations in vegetable prices. Hence, farmers are advised to take up sowing decisions accordingly.
