Nehru Kids Academy celebrated their First Sports Day at Nehru College on 4 February this year. The programme was presided by Dr. P. Krishnakumar, Director, Nehru Kids Academy. Felicitations were offered by, Dr. Chaitanya Krishnakumar, Principal, Nehru Kids Academy. The Chief Guest for the programme was Anitha G.S, Assistant Commissioner of Police, Law and Order (South), Coimbatore.
As a part of the celebrations, the children of the Nehru Kids Academy performed yoga, exercise, march-past and games. The fun filled games were performed on the basis of physical, cognitive and emotional skills which form the basis for a well-rounded person. Games were organized for the parent and the child. All the parents supportively participated in all the events. Certificates and mementos were distributed by the chief guest to all the children and parents of Nehru Kids Academy.
