Management committee meeting at Kuralkuttai Panchayat Union Primary School near Udumalpet

A meeting of the management committee was held at the Panchayat Union Primary School at Kuralkuttai in Udumalpet union of Tirupur district.


A meeting of the school management committee was held under the chairmanship of chairman Maheshwari at the Panchayat Union Primary School in Kuralkuttai in Udumalpet union of Tirupur district. Teacher Uma Maheswaran took the lead. Headmaster Gowri outlined the objectives of the meeting.



Issues such as attendance, learning capacity, school environment, maintenance, student participation in home education, prevention of dropouts, identification and inclusion of out-of-school children were discussed in the meeting.

It was decided to take up maintenance works in the school immediately, including a drain near the water tank, preventing rainwater from entering the entrance, immediately repairing the cracked areas in the inner walls of the school, repairing the compound wall and repairing the repairs.

Kalaiyarasi, who was selected as the interim teacher of the school, was introduced and felicitated.



The members of the school management committee were given identity cards and a membership manual.



A resolution was passed in the meeting thanking R.Ramasamy, owner of The Kuralkuttai Palaniammal Transport, and Maheshwari, chairman of the school management committee, for providing 5 chairs on Republic Day.

K Kanagaraj, M Murugabharathi, Balasubramaniam, Chitra, Mumtaz, Lavanya, Dhanalakshmi, Arasi, Sarojini, Sangeetha ward member Ramesh Kumar, Radhakrishnan and other school management committee members and parents attended the meeting.
