Street play was organised by Children Welfare Office, Coimbatore in multiple locations across the city to spread the message of child safety among children.
Coimbatore district collector T.N. Hariharan inaugurated the street play this morning at 10 am.
The group of volunteers enacted street plays on various themes like safety for school children, protection of children from sexual offenses act 2012, prevention of child marriage, prevention of child trafficking among others.
