A surprise check was conducted on the license and quality of private ambulance vehicles operating in Dharapuram block. In the raid held in front of the government hospital, the officials seized two vehicles whose licences had expired and took them to the regional transport office.

More than 10 private ambulances are operating in and around Dharapuram. The Regional Transport Officer has ordered a check on the license and quality of these ambulance vehicles.

On the orders, a surprise check was conducted on more than 10 ambulance vehicles parked in front of the Dharapuram government hospital.
