The meeting was presided over by Thudiyalur area DMK secretary Arulkumar and welcomed by 1st taluk secretary Rajasekhar.
Former district president Ve. Na. Palaniappan, senior advocate Arulmozhi, area council president Palaniswami, deputy secretaries Shanmugasundaram and Kumar, IT area coordinator Subramaniam, district representatives Sathish Kumar, Somasundaram, Dhanraj, Sampath Kumar, Arun Kumar, 2, 13, 14 and 15 taluk secretaries Shanmugam, Sundaram, Somasundaram, and Easwaran were present.
The chief guest was DMK chief spokesperson Udumalai Dandapani, who spoke about the achievements of the party in the last two years.
