A function was held at the district SP's office to provide new two-wheelers to the Tirupur district police for patrolling duty. SP Shashank Sai participated in the function and inaugurated the two-wheelers for use.
Tirupur: District Superintendent of Police Shashank Sai inaugurated the new two-wheeler patrol vehicles for the police in Tirupur.
In order to prevent crime incidents across Tamil Nadu, new patrolling vehicles are being provided to the police personnel.
Two-wheelers are being provided especially so that they do not get stuck in traffic jams quickly.

As part of this, new two-wheeler patrol vehicles were provided to 12 police stations in rural areas of Tirupur district including Avinashi, Uthukuli and Velur.
