Coimbatore: A man allegedly climbed on to a mobile phone tower near Sundarapuram in Coimbatore district and threatened to commit suicide.
His son Haroon Basha (24), an auto driver, has several cases pending against him, including smuggling of ration rice and assaulting.
It is learnt that the police frequently visited Abdul Jabbar's house for questioning in the case. The owner of the house has been asked to vacate the house as the police come frequently.
