Unidentified Man’s Naked Body Found Near Vadakovai Railway Track in Coimbatore

The railway police received a report about a man's body found inside a giant pipe near the railway track that connects Vadakovai with Coimbatore railway station. The man was found to be dead and was lying naked inside the pipe.



Coimbatore: The body of an unidentified man, aged around 40 years, was found dead and naked near vadakovai railway track in Coimbatore district. R S Puram police are investigating.

The railway police received information that a deceased man's body was discovered naked inside a massive pipe near the railway track heading from Coimbatore railway station to Vadakovai.



Following this, the police reached the spot and conducted an inspection. They informed the R S Puram police as the body was found near the railway tracks at a place under the control of the city police.



When police arrived, they discovered the naked body inside the pipe. His clothing was also found beside the pipe and at a railway electric pole.

The police recovered the body of the unidentified man and sent it to coimbatore government hospital for post-mortem. There were also traces of the deceased being treated at the Coimbatore government hospital.

It was revealed that the man had been staying there at night for the past few days. The police registered a case in connection with the incident. Who was the victim? What brought him here? The cause of death is being investigated.
