Man arrested for selling banned lottery tickets near Udumalpet

A man who was selling kerala state lottery tickets was caught and 204 lottery tickets were seized from his possession.


Tirupur: Thali police received information that banned lottery tickets were being sold near the Valavadi panchayat office near Udumalai in Tirupur district.

Based on this, the police patrolled the area. A man who was selling kerala state lottery tickets was caught and 204 lottery tickets were seized from his possession. During interrogation, it was revealed that the man has been identified as Sakthivel (54), son of Subbayan, a resident of Sivasakthi Colony in Udumalpet. Following this, a case was registered against him and he was arrested.
