One lakh rupees worth of cloth rolls were stolen from the Baniyan firm near Palladam - Three persons were arrested

The Palladam Police have recently arrested three persons in connection with the theft of baniyan cloth rolls worth Rs 1 lakh from a baniyan company near Palladam in Tirupur district. The company, located on Karaipudur Murugampalayam road near Palladam, employs more than 50 male and female workers.



Tirupur: In connection with the theft of Baniyan cloth rolls worth Rs 1 lakh, Palladam police arrested three persons who were working in a baniyan company close to Palladam in Tirupur district.

A privately owned baniyan company is functioning on Karaipudur Murugampalayam road near Palladam. It employs more than 50 male and female workers.



In this case, it is said that baniyan clothes have been frequently disappearing for the past few days. Following this, the employees of Baniyan company have been closely monitoring the situation.



Raghavanandam, 32, Azhagesan, 28, and Vincent, 34, all residents of Tiruvarur, who work in the same company, had stolen Baniyan clothes worth Rs 1 lakh.



Following this, a complaint was lodged with the Palladam police on behalf of the company.



Following this, the Palladam police, who had been investigating the situation, seized the auto and the stolen Baniyan cloth rolls that the trio had been smuggling with them.
