Young woman recovers Rs 1,10,000 cash missed by post office employee in Palladam, hands it over safely; Police inspector appreciates

Priya, a resident of Chinniyagoundanpalayam, who was coming through NGR Road for her own work, picked up the cloth bag lying on the ground and saw it. She was shocked to find that she found Rs 1 lakh 10,000 and an Aadhar-like identity card.

Palladam police inspector Manikandan congratulated Priya for handing over the missing money to the appropriate person immediately.

Gunasekaran, a native of Ilavanthi, works as a temporary employee at Palladam post office in Tirupur district. Wednesday, as usual, when he was on his way home from work, he took the Rs 1,00,000 he had saved in a cloth bag and went on a two-wheeler. The cloth bag kept in the vehicle fell on the road while the two-wheeler was getting off the speed breaker while it was on the NGR road.

In this case, Priya, a resident of Chinniyagoundanpalayam, who was coming through NGR Road for her own work, picked up the cloth bag lying on the ground and saw it. She was shocked to find that he had Rs 1 lakh 10,000 and an Aadhar-like identity card.

Following this, Priya immediately informed the Palladam police station about it. She also informed the mobile number on the ID card about missing the cloth bag.

In this case, the police reached the spot and took the money from Priya and handed it over to Gunasekaran.

The incident where a young woman found the money that the post office employee had missed on Palladam main road and handed it over to the police left the onlookers moved.
