Labour Welfare and Skill Development Minister C V Ganesan chaired a meeting on the private sector job fair on the occasion of the centenary celebrations of former Chief Minister Kalaignar at the Collectorate premises in Coimbatore.
Coimbatore: Minister C V Ganesan chaired a meeting in Coimbatore on August 5 to discuss the possibility of holding a private sector job fair on August 5.

On the occasion of The Kalaignar Centenary Celebrations, the Government of Tamil Nadu is conducting various welfare schemes across the State.
As a part of this, a job fair will be organized by more than 250 employers at Kongu Nadu Arts and Science College in Thudiyalur, Coimbatore on The 5th of this month. More than 20,000 vacancies are to be filled.
Students involved in ITI, diploma and engineering from class VIII to graduation are given immediate appointment orders.

A meeting in this regard was held at the Collectorate premises in Coimbatore under the chairmanship of Labour Welfare and Skill Development Minister C V Ganesan.

The meeting was attended by Labour Welfare Secretary Veeraraghavan, District Collector Kranthi Kumar, Corporation Commissioner Pratap, District Superintendent of Police Badri Narayanan, Corporation Mayor Kalpana Anandakumar, Deputy Mayor Vetrichelvan, and Corporation Zonal Presidents Meena Logu, Ilanchelvi Karthik, and district members and government officials.
