Annamalai's Padayatra is laughable - CPM state secretary K Balakrishnan criticises

BJP state president Annamalai's Padayatra is laughable. After doing a Padayatra for a short distance and then going in a luxury vehicle, and then Padayatra is a walk? K Balakrishnan asked.

Coimbatore: CPM state secretary K Balakrishnan said bjp state president Annamalai's Padayatra was laughable.

CPI (M) state secretary K Balakrishnan held a press conference at the CPI (M) office in Gandhipuram area of Coimbatore.

“The Manipur riots have continued for more than three months. The violence has not yet been controlled.

It is said that this is a clash between two groups, Meitei and Kuki. But it is the BJP government in Manipur that is instigating the riots. The BJP is indulging in such acts to remove the Kuki people from the hills of Manipur and hand them over to Ambani and Adani.

The Central government is not ready to sack manipur chief minister. The government is not providing any help to the people affected by the riots. The Chief Minister of Manipur should be sacked. "We welcome the steps taken by the Government of Tamil Nadu to provide goods worth Rs 10 crore to the people of Manipur.

The Textile industry has been severely affected. Other countries are not ready to buy our ready-made garments due to the economic crisis. With Bangladeshi garments being sold here, industries are going to come to a standstill. But the central government is not paying any heed to these.

The Prime Minister never comes to Parliament and answers. If the Prime Minister will not come to Parliament, what prime minister is he? The rule takes place like acting in a play. Amit Shah arrives in Tamil Nadu to inaugurate Annamalai Padayatra. They give importance to Annamalai without worrying about internal issues.

Riots are also taking place in Haryana. How could a mentally ill cop on the train look at him as a Muslim and shoot? Why should Amit Shah continue as home minister if he cannot control such acts? Where does Amit Shah have the moral right to criticise the DMK government?

BJP state president Annamalai's Padayatra is laughable. Annamalai walks a short distance, then goes in a luxury vehicle and then walks.

Is this a walk? Can this kind of walking be undertaken not only in Tamil Nadu but all over the country? Even if Annamalai jumps to heaven and earth, there will be no change in Tamil Nadu.

In its election manifesto, the DMK had said that action would be taken against those involved in the Kodanad case. The demand to expedite the case is a good demand. There are a lot of mystery knots in the Kodanad case. It is the responsibility of the Government of Tamil Nadu to reveal the truth.

The arrangement that the post of Chief Election Commissioner should be appointed jointly by the Prime Minister, the Leader of the Opposition and a Judge of the Supreme Court is good. I don't want to answer to people like Seeman.

It is not right to demean people of a particular religion or caste. His speech cannot be accepted. His derogatory remarks against Muslims and Christians are condemnable.

The strength of india's alliance is increasing day by day and to prevent this, they are trying to divert the majority of the people by creating riots in many places. They are trying to mobilise people on the basis of religion on the basis of it, which is not possible.

Can the leaders of the BJP say the names of the 38 parties in the alliance? "The Central government is acting in defiance of the Supreme Court's verdict on the Delhi government issue. It is trying to take away the rights of the state and act as a single government.

Shouldn't we give rights to an elected government by the people? It is not acceptable to introduce a bill in Parliament without saying that we accept the Supreme Court verdict. Taking away the rights of the state will destabilise India.

The CPM continues to fight when people are affected.

Why is SP Velumani not opening his mouth against the central government? Why is the AIADMK not fighting? We stand with the DMK to protect us from the menace of THE BJP.”
