A new public distribution shop, funded with Rs. 21 lakhs from the Coimbatore MP's fund, was inaugurated in Veerakeralam, Coimbatore, by MP P.R. Natarajan.
Coimbatore: A significant addition to Veerakeralam, Ward No. 40 of Coimbatore's West Zone, was marked by the inauguration of a new public distribution shop. This shop, built at a cost of Rs. 21 lakhs from the MP fund, was opened today by Coimbatore MP P.R. Natarajan.

The shop aims to provide essential food items to the public. The inauguration was attended by Mayor Mrs. Kalpana Anandakumar, Municipal Commissioner Mr. Ma. Sivaguru Prabhakaran, West Zone Leader Mrs. K.A. Deivayanai Tamilmarai, Council Member Mrs. Padmavathi, and other municipal officials, highlighting the commitment to strengthen public welfare infrastructure in the city.
