Public Consultation Meeting Held in Kurichi, Coimbatore with Local Residents

A significant public consultation meeting was held in Coimbatore, where district planning committee member S. A. Kadar interacted with residents of Kurichi Venkitasalapathy Layout, listening to their various demands.


Coimbatore: In an important community engagement, a public consultation meeting was held yesterday evening in Coimbatore. This meeting, primarily focusing on the residents of Kurichi Venkitasalapathy Layout under wards 95 & 85, was attended by district planning committee member S. A. Kadar. He actively listened to the various demands and issues raised by the public.

Prominent local figures, including Ward 85 council member Sarala Vasantha, DMK deputy secretary Selvakumar, district representative Sivaraman, and district medical team leader Shakthivel, also attended the meeting. Akbar Babu, Deena Dayalan, Ashok, and several welfare association administrators and local residents participated, making it a well-represented community event.



The consultation aimed at understanding and addressing the local concerns, highlighting the importance of such interactions in ensuring community well-being and development. The residents expressed various issues, which were noted for action by the attending officials.
