Karunai Ullangal Public Welfare Service Celebrates Pongal with Elders in Coimbatore

Karunai Ullangal Public Welfare Service, a Coimbatore-based organization that has been offering various services for eight years, celebrated Pongal with a special gesture this year. Known for their assistance to orphanages and old age homes, the organization provided meals including breakfast and lunch to the needy.

On January 15th, as part of the Pongal celebrations, the group organized a festive lunch for the elderly at the Aravanikkum Anbu Illam in Gandhima Nagar, Coimbatore. This event was part of their ongoing commitment to support and nourish the community's vulnerable members.

The arrangements for this special lunch were led by Emmanuel Jesudian and Manova, administrators of Karunai Ullangal Public Welfare Service. Their efforts brought joy and warmth to the elderly, aligning with the spirit of Pongal, a festival that symbolizes abundance and gratitude.
