Over 30 Youths Join DMK in Thondamuthur Constituency, Coimbatore North District

In a significant political move, over 30 youths joined the DMK in the Thondamuthur assembly constituency of Coimbatore North District, in the presence of local party leaders.


Coimbatore: The Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) in Coimbatore North District witnessed a boost in its membership as over 30 youths joined the party in the Thondamuthur assembly constituency. The induction ceremony took place on January 19, under the leadership of Thondamuthur Ravi, a prominent figure in the party.

The event, held at the South Bank Town Panchayat, also saw the presence of K.S. Ramachandran, the Secretary of the South Bank Town Panchayat, Ve. Guruputhiran, a member of the general committee, and other party administrators and associates. This gathering of DMK functionaries and new members highlighted the growing influence of the party in the region.

The joining of these young individuals signifies a growing interest in political engagement among the youth in the area. It also reflects the DMK's appeal and efforts to involve the younger generation in political processes. The new members were welcomed and encouraged to actively participate in the party's initiatives and contribute to the region's development.
