Commissioner Inspects Site for Upcoming Underground Drainage System in Saravanampatti, Coimbatore

Coimbatore Municipal Commissioner, M.A. Sivaguru Prabakaran, inspects the site for a new underground drainage system in Ward 5, Saravanampatti, Coimbatore.


Coimbatore: Municipal Commissioner M.A. Sivaguru Prabakaran, I.A.S., today conducted a thorough inspection of the site designated for a new underground drainage system in the Saravanampatti area, falling under Ward No. 5 in the eastern zone of Coimbatore.

The Commissioner was joined by Councillor Mr. Naveenkumar, City Engineer Mr. Murugesan, Assistant Commissioners Mrs. Kavitha and Mrs. Hemalatha, Assistant Engineer Mr. Ganesan, and Zone Health Officer Mr. Paramasivam. This initiative is part of the city's efforts to improve sanitation infrastructure, aiming to address the community's needs while adhering to environmental guidelines. The installation of this underground drainage system is expected to significantly enhance the area's overall sanitation and waste management capabilities.
