Students in Coimbatore are actively participating in rehearsals for the upcoming 75th Republic Day celebrations, showcasing various cultural performances.


Coimbatore: In preparation for the 75th Republic Day of India, which will be celebrated on January 26th, schools across Coimbatore are bustling with rehearsals for cultural programs.

Traditionally, student performances in arts and culture are a highlight of Republic Day celebrations in Coimbatore. These events usually take place at V.O.C. Grounds and within school and college campuses. Adhering to this tradition, students from various educational institutions in Coimbatore are enthusiastically engaging in rehearsals.



One such school is the CSI Girls Higher Secondary School on Avinashi Road, Coimbatore, where students have been practicing group dances, solo dances, various drills, and traditional art forms like Karakattam and Oyilattam.
