CII, Coimbatore Chapter welcomes the announcement of new night train between Coimbatore to Banglaore.

A night train between Coimbatore to Bangalore has been a long-pending request of the citizens of this city, for nearly three decades. At the CII Annual Region Meeting held at Hyderabad, Hon' Union Minister for Railways, Suresh Prabhu has assured that soon a night train will be introduced between CBE to BLR.  

With this announcement, it is certain this move will prove beneficial for frequent business travellers between the two cities.

Ravi Sam, Past Chairman, CII Tamil Nadu expressed his gratitude to the Union Minister and also thanked Vashishta Johri, General Manager, Southern Railways and Hari Shankar Verma, Divisional Railway Manager, Salem for their support. He also thanked expressed his thanks to Ramesh Kymal, Immediate Past Chairman, CII Tamil Nadu for his support in taking this initiative forward.

S Narayanan,Chairman, CII Coimbatore who was present in person at the annual meet in Hyderabad welcomed this announcement and thanked the Union Minister personally. He said that this train would be highly  beneficial for people from districts of Coimbatore, Tirupur, Erode and Salem

Members of CII and various trade bodies along with people of this city have also welcomed this move by the Union Minister.
