Due to operational adjustments with the Coimbatore-Bengaluru Uday Express, the Salem Railway Division has announced a timetable revision for the Coimbatore-Bengaluru Vande Bharat Express. The revised schedule aims to better accommodate the needs of passengers and industry organizations.

Coimbatore: In a significant update for commuters, the Coimbatore-Bengaluru Vande Bharat Express will see a change in its operating hours to accommodate the operation of the Coimbatore-Bengaluru Uday Express. The Salem Railway Division announced that the Vande Bharat Express, which previously departed from Coimbatore at 5 AM and reached Bengaluru at 11.30 AM, will now have its timetable revised. Following persistent requests, the railway administration has decided to modify the departure time of the Vande Bharat Express to avoid scheduling conflicts.

As per the revised schedule, the Coimbatore-Bengaluru Vande Bharat Express (Train No: 20642) will now depart from Coimbatore at 7.25 AM, making stops at Tiruppur at 8.03 AM, Erode at 8.42 AM, Salem at 9.32 AM, Dharmapuri at 10.51 AM, Hosur at 12.03 PM, and finally reaching Bengaluru at 1.50 PM. The return journey from Bengaluru will start at 2.20 PM, with the train scheduled to reach Coimbatore at 8.20 PM after making stops at the same stations in reverse order.

This adjustment aims to improve the travel experience for passengers and ensure efficient utilization of the rail network between Coimbatore and Bengaluru.
