Coimbatore Park Educational Group Celebrates Golden Jubilee with Honors to Teachers in Sivagangai

In celebration of its Golden Jubilee, the Coimbatore Park Educational Group honored 200 teachers from government and private schools in Sivagangai on February 25, 2024. The event featured Neeya Naana fame Gopinath, recognizing the shift towards digital learning among students today.


Sivagangai: The Coimbatore Park Educational Group marked its Golden Jubilee year by honoring teachers in a grand event held in Sivagangai District on February 25, 2024. The ceremony witnessed the felicitation of 200 teachers from both government and private schools in the district, celebrating their dedication and contribution to education.

The event took place at a private wedding hall in Periyanayakanpalayam, with prominent personalities including Gopinath of Neeya Naana fame, Chief Operating Officer of Park Educational Groups Dr. Anusha Ravi, Tamil Semmal, Nallaasiriyar Bahirathan Nachiappan, Lawyers Gokulakrishnan and Damodarakrishnan, and Chairman of Mannar Educational Groups Mahesh Durai in attendance.

Dr. Karthikeyan, Principal of Tamil Nadu Engineering College, delivered the welcome address, highlighting the significance of the event. Professor Duraisamy of Park Educational Group gave an extensive talk on the history, current activities, and achievements of the Park Educational Group.

Dr. Anusha Ravi praised the awarded teachers and shared her journey into the field of education, emphasizing her goal to provide quality education and a promising future for the younger generation.





Special guest Gopinath highlighted the importance of adapting to new technologies in teaching, noting that students today are more engaged with digital devices than human interactions. He urged teachers to embrace new technologies to guide their students effectively.

Gopinath also took a moment to reflect on his school life and expressed gratitude towards his teachers for their invaluable lessons.

Dr. Kumaresan, Principal of Park Technology College, concluded the event with a vote of thanks, and the national anthem gracefully marked the end of the celebration.

This event not only honored the hard work and dedication of teachers but also shed light on the evolving landscape of education in the digital age.
