TNAU conducts Training on Preparation of Novel Bakery products

Novel Bakery Products are gaining popularity due to its preparation convenience, variety, availability and unique taste. It is expected that the growth of the bakery industry will help to create avenues for self-employment.


Coimbatore: A two-day training programme on “Preparation of Bakery and Confectionery Products” will be held in the Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore on 13.03.2024 and 14.03.2024.

Novel bakery products are gaining popularity due to its convenience, variety, availability and unique taste. The growth of the bakery industry will help to create avenues for self employment. With an aim to develop skills to entrepreneurs this training has been organized. The following aspects will be covered in the training:

* Variety of breads

* Cake and Biscuit varieties

* Puffs

Interested persons are requested to pay a training fee of Rs.1770.00 (1500/+ GST 18%) - (Rupees One Thousand Seven Hundred and Seventy only) in person on the first day of training.
