VARNAM 2024 Ignites Technological Passion at Karpagam Institute of Technology

Karpagam Institute of Technology's annual fest, VARNAM 2024, commenced with technical events showcasing student innovation across disciplines, setting the stage for a vibrant blend of tech and culture.


Coimbatore: VARNAM 2024, the eagerly awaited annual tech and cultural fest of Karpagam Institute of Technology, launched yesterday, marking the beginning of a three-day celebration of innovation, creativity, and cultural diversity.



From March 21 to 23, the fest is set to captivate students, faculty, and visitors with an array of technical competitions, workshops, and cultural events.



Today's spotlight was on the technical segment, which saw a participation of approximately 2000 students from various educational institutions, eager to display their technological acumen.



The Paper Presentation competition was a focal point, where students delved into their research and proposed novel solutions and ideas, covering a broad spectrum of scientific and engineering fields.



The event also featured Project Demonstration sessions, where attendees witnessed firsthand the practical applications of theoretical knowledge. These sessions highlighted an array of innovative projects, from cutting-edge software solutions to ingenious hardware prototypes, showcasing the multidisciplinary approach to technology that the institute encourages.

Dr. P. Manimaran, Principal of Karpagam Institute of Technology, shared his enthusiasm about the success of the technical events. "VARNAM 2024 is designed to cultivate an atmosphere of innovation and creative thinking among students," he stated.
