Students of Government Law College on Marudhamalai Road staged an agitation condemning the college for transferring eight students to Trichy law college.
The students claim that all the eight students who were transferred were very active members in voicing their support and key members in the protests staged towards various pressing issues including the farmers' plight in New Delhi.
The students have urged that the transfer should be evoked with immediate effect
