Massive Yoga Meet in Karumathampatti Sees Record Gatherings

Karumathampatti, Coimbatore witnessed a grand yoga gathering where 34 record-holders from various parts of Tamil Nadu converged to celebrate the third anniversary of Yova Yoga Academy on May 10.


Coimbatore: In a remarkable display of discipline and passion for yoga, Karumathampatti hosted a unique gathering of yoga enthusiasts, marking the third anniversary of the Yova Yoga Academy. Founded and helmed by Vaishnavi, a local resident and a world record holder in yoga for the past 13 years, the academy has become a sanctuary for aspiring yogis.



The event, held today, witnessed the convergence of 34 yoga practitioners from across places like Trichy, Coimbatore, Vellore, Erode, and Sivaganga. These participants, ranging from the ages of 5 to 16, are all record holders in yoga, securing their spots in the Guinness Book of World Records.



The celebratory event served not only as a gathering but also showcased numerous accolades, including medals, trophies, and certificates earned by the participants at state, national, and international levels. The academy's initiative continues to spotlight the immense potential and talent in the field of yoga within Tamil Nadu.
