Coimbatore: District Collector Kranthi Kumar Pati has recently announced the call for applications for the 2023 Tenzing Norgay National Adventure Award. This prestigious award, given annually by the Indian government, celebrates individuals who have achieved remarkable feats in adventure sports across land, water (sea), and air.

The award aims to recognize and honor the daredevils who challenge their limits in various adventurous activities. Applicants interested in competing for this accolade can download the application form from the official website (http://awards.gov.in/).

Once completed, these applications must be submitted online directly to the Indian government by May 31, 2024, as stated by the District Collector. The award not only honors individual excellence but also promotes the spirit of adventure among citizens.
