Western Regional Postal Department in Coimbatore calls for customer complaints to be submitted by June 14 ahead of a postal grievance resolution meeting.

Coimbatore: In a recent announcement by the Western Regional Postal Department, a regional-level postal grievance resolution meeting is set to take place at the Postmaster General's office this June. The exact date will be announced soon. Consequently, customers are requested to send their complaints to the Deputy Director, Western Regional Office, R.S Puram, Coimbatore - 641002 by June 14. The envelope should be marked as 'Postal Grievance Resolution Meeting Complaint'.

For complaints related to registered mail, speed post, and money order services, details such as the date and time of posting, sender’s and recipient’s full addresses, and registration number of the post must be clearly mentioned. In cases of postal savings accounts or insurance-related complaints, the account number/insurance number, account holder/insured's name and address, and the name of the post office handling the transaction should be recorded. These detailed instructions are devised to streamline the processing of complaints and ensure timely resolutions.
