Scheduled Power Outage in Somanur Substation Area Tomorrow

Power will be suspended in certain areas under the Somanur Substation tomorrow, June 14, from 9 AM to 4 PM, due to monthly maintenance works by the electricity board.


Coimbatore: Residents in several parts of the Somanur Substation area will experience a power outage tomorrow, from 9 AM to 4 PM, due to scheduled maintenance activities.

The affected areas include Somanur, Krishnapuram, Samalapuram, Thottipalayam, Senthilnagar, Paramasivanpalayam, part of Kaniyur, Rayarpalayam, Karumathampatti, Thanneer Pandal, Sekudanthali, Elachipalayam, Kalipalayam, and Ayyampalayam.

The power cut is aimed at ensuring seamless electricity supply by facilitating necessary upkeep and safety checks. Residents are advised to plan their activities accordingly and make arrangements for alternative power sources where necessary.
