The weekly public grievance resolution meeting hosted by Mayor Kalpana Anandakumar every Tuesday at Coimbatore Municipal Corporation is cancelled for tomorrow, June 25, 2024.
Coimbatore: The citizens of Coimbatore will not have the regular grievance resolution meet this upcoming Tuesday, as the Coimbatore Municipal Corporation announced a last-minute cancellation. The meetings, led by Mayor Kalpana Anandakumar, typically take place every Tuesday at 10 AM and serve as a platform for addressing public concerns directly with municipal officials. However, due to administrative reasons, tomorrow's session, previously scheduled for June 25, 2024, will not take place. Coimbatore Municipal Commissioner M Sivaguru Prabakaran officially confirmed the cancellation on June 24.
Residents who had issues to raise or pending grievances will have to wait until the next scheduled meeting to have their concerns addressed. The cancellation was announced to prevent any inconvenience of residents showing up for a scheduled meeting that wouldn't take place. Further details on the rescheduling of this week’s session or the next available meeting date have not yet been provided.
