Government Exhibition in Coimbatore Generates Revenue of Rs. 20.40 Lakh

Coimbatore: The Department of Information and Public Relations has reported that the government exhibition currently underway at VOC Grounds in Coimbatore has generated a revenue of Rs. 20.40 lakh for the government. The exhibition, which began on May 25, has seen a footfall of 1.44 lakh visitors as of July 2.

The exhibition showcases 34 government departments, featuring stalls explaining various welfare schemes, product sales, and recreational activities including games. The entry fee has been set at Rs. 15 for adults and Rs. 10 for children.

The Department of Information and Public Relations made this announcement on July 3, highlighting the success of the event. The exhibition serves as a platform for the public to learn about government initiatives and enjoy entertainment simultaneously.

The revenue generated from this exhibition demonstrates the public's interest in government-organized events and their willingness to participate in such informative and recreational activities.
