Mega 3.5 Lakh Square Feet TANNY CAG Tech Park to Boost Coimbatore's IT Sector

Tanny Shelters announces plans for a massive 3.5 lakh square feet IT park in Saravanampatti, Coimbatore. The project aims to attract IT companies and create job opportunities in the region.

Coimbatore: Tanny Shelters, a reputed real estate developer, has unveiled plans for a massive IT park project in Coimbatore, further solidifying the city's position as an emerging IT destination. The proposed TANNY CAG Tech Park, spanning 3.5 lakh square feet, is set to be developed in Saravanampatti, a rapidly growing IT hub in the city.

Mr. Sivaraman Kandasamy, Managing Director of Tanny Shelters, shared details about the ambitious project. "TANNY CAG Tech Park is proposed to be promoted at Saravanampatti, Coimbatore, with state-of-the-art quality and amenities spread over a massive 3.5 lakhs sq.ft. of IT space. Out of this, we have planned to allocate 1.5 lakhs sq.ft. of IT space for sale and 2 lakhs sq.ft. of IT space for lease," he said.

The announcement comes at a time when Coimbatore, often referred to as the Manchester of South India, is experiencing significant growth in both the real estate and IT sectors. Known traditionally for its cotton garment manufacturing industry, the city is now positioning itself as a major IT hub, following in the footsteps of Bengaluru and Chennai.

Tanny Shelters, with over a decade of experience in the real estate industry, has built a strong reputation through its residential and commercial projects. The company hopes that the TANNY CAG Tech Park will attract IT companies to start their operations in Coimbatore, thereby creating numerous job opportunities for the local population.

The project is set to commence soon, with plans for an auspicious Bhoomi Pooja ceremony. The event will be graced by the presence of notable spiritual leaders, including Thavathiru Santhalinga Maruthachala Adigalar of Perur Adheenam, Thavathiru Kumaragurubara Swamigal of Siravai Adheenam, and Rathinagiri Balamurugan AdimaiSwamigal.

As Tamil Nadu continues to witness rapid growth in the industrial and IT sectors, projects like the TANNY CAG Tech Park are expected to play a crucial role in meeting the increasing demand for office spaces and furthering the state's economic development.
