Power Outage Announced for Tomorrow in Kalippalayam, Karumathampatti, Elachippalayam, and Somanur Sub-stations

Electricity Board announces power cuts in various areas of Coimbatore on July 12 from 9 AM to 5 PM due to monthly maintenance work at Somanur, Kalippalayam, Karumathampatti, and Elachippalayam sub-stations.


Coimbatore: The Electricity Board has announced power outages for tomorrow, July 12, from 9 AM to 5 PM in several areas of Coimbatore due to scheduled monthly maintenance work at various sub-stations.

At the Somanur sub-station, maintenance work will affect power supply in Somanur, Karumathampatti, Krishnapuram, Samalapuram, Ramachiyampalayam, Thottipalayam, Senthil Nagar, Parasivanpalayam, and parts of Kaniyur.

The maintenance work at Kalippalayam, Karumathampatti, and Elachippalayam sub-stations will result in power cuts in parts of Kalippalayam, parts of Aiyampalayam, Rayar Palayam, Karumathampatti Four Road, Thanneer Pandal, Segudandali, and Elachippalayam areas.

Residents and businesses in these areas are advised to plan accordingly for the scheduled power outage. The Electricity Board assures that power supply will be restored once the maintenance work is completed.
