Power Outage Announced for Tomorrow Due to Maintenance at Chinna Thadagam Substation in Coimbatore

Coimbatore: The Tamil Nadu Electricity Board has announced a scheduled power outage for tomorrow, July 23, due to maintenance work at the Chinna Thadagam substation. The power cut will be in effect from 9 AM to 4 PM, affecting several areas in Coimbatore.

According to the announcement, the following areas will experience a disruption in power supply: Aanaikatti, Nanjundapuram, parts of Pannimadai, Periya Thadagam, Chinna Thadagam, and Papanaickenpalayam.

Residents and businesses in these areas are advised to plan accordingly and make necessary arrangements to manage their electricity needs during the specified hours. The Electricity Board has stated that the maintenance work is essential to ensure the continued reliability and efficiency of the power distribution network in the region.

Normal power supply is expected to resume after 4 PM once the maintenance work is completed. The Electricity Board has requested the public's cooperation and understanding during this temporary inconvenience.
