In Jaganathapuram, municipal workers concentrated on clearing the drainage silt that had accumulated along the roadsides of Masthi Goundar Street. The operation aimed to improve the area's sanitation and prevent potential blockages in the drainage system.

Similarly, in Bharathi Colony, Peelamedu, the corporation deployed a JCB machine to clear roadside garbage and remove drainage silt near the Murugan Temple.
