Coimbatore: The Pattali Makkal Katchi (PMK) Coimbatore East District celebrated the birth anniversary of Dr. Ramadoss, known as the "Guardian of Social Justice," by organizing a charitable event at an old age home in R.S. Puram, Coimbatore.
Led by District Secretary Coimbatore Raj, PMK members visited the home for destitute elderly residents early in the morning. The team prepared and served a nutritious breakfast to the senior citizens residing at the facility, bringing smiles to their faces.
The initiative was part of the party's commitment to social welfare and honoring the legacy of Dr. Ayya, whose principles of social justice and equality have been central to PMK's ideology. The event not only provided a meal but also offered companionship to the elderly, many of whom lack family support.
