Coimbatore: The Kamarajar Foundation organized an award ceremony in Udumalpet, Tiruppur district, to honor students who excelled in their 10th and 12th-grade examinations, as well as various competitions. The event took place at a private marriage hall in Udumalpet on Monday.
More than 500 students from government schools in Udumalpet and Madathukulam areas participated in the ceremony. The foundation recognized students who secured top marks in the 10th and 12th-grade exams, as well as winners of essay writing, poetry, painting, singing, and public speaking competitions.

Muthukumarasamy, the chairman of Udumalpet People's Forum, along with other prominent personalities, distributed certificates, cash prizes, and notebooks to the winning students. The event aimed to encourage and motivate students from government schools to pursue academic excellence and participate in extracurricular activities.
The ceremony was attended by key members of the Kamarajar Foundation, including administrators Subramanian and Vairamuthu (Secretary and Auditor), legal advisor Manmadharaj, and auditor Kannan. Other local dignitaries were also present to support and applaud the achievements of the students.
