Coimbatore: In a gesture of support for the ongoing rescue operations in Kerala's Wayanad district following a landslide, the ELCE Clinic and ELCE Foundation have donated essential protective gear to the Coimbatore District Administration.

Dr. Vidya Rajan, founder of ELCE Clinic and ELCE Foundation, personally handed over 2000 face masks and gloves to Coimbatore District Collector Dr. Kranthi Kumar Pati IAS at the Collector's office on August 2. These items are intended for the use of rescue workers engaged in the relief efforts at the landslide site in Wayanad.

The donation comes at a crucial time as rescue teams continue their efforts to save lives and provide assistance in the aftermath of the natural disaster. The protective equipment will help ensure the safety of the rescue workers as they carry out their challenging tasks in the affected areas.

This initiative by ELCE Clinic and ELCE Foundation demonstrates the spirit of solidarity and support extending beyond state borders during times of crisis. The Coimbatore District Administration will facilitate the transfer of these essential supplies to the rescue teams working tirelessly in Wayanad.
